2022 Fall Sessions

The StrongWomen class is designed for women with little or no experience with strength training who are interested in improving health, getting stronger, gaining confidence, and enjoying social connectedness. Click here for details.

Stronger You
Having learned the basics of strength training and having gained strength and skill through our StrongWomen program, you are ready to progress! Stronger You will build on the work you did in StrongWomen, offering different exercises, the chance to increase the weight you are lifting and the complexity of exercises. Come prepared to challenge yourself but rest assured, our certified trainers will always offer you options to fit your needs. Click here for details.

Hatha Yoga
In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Please bring your own mat. Click here for details.



Box 101
This is not your ordinary Cardio Kickboxing class. Taught by one of our experienced trainer, this intro to boxing will provide you with basic skills in stance, punches and kicks. We provide the equipment; you bring the energy. Click here for details.

Kettlebells 101

A new and exciting workout that can help meet your toughest fitness goals! It combines functional, compound exercises such as “the swing,” “the clean” and “the press” that will work multiple muscle groups. Learn the basic moves with this Level 1 program. Click here for details.


SkiFIT is the Club’s Fall conditioning program designed specifically for skiers. Whether you partake in cross country, downhill, telemark, snowboard, or snowshoe, you will enjoy the snow season much more without as many pains and strains. SkiFIT will strengthen muscles in your core, hips, legs, shoulders and arms while working to improve flexibility for the same muscle groups. Classes will also work to improve balance and increase your lactic acid threshold. We will provide progressive exercises for all levels and make sure to provide loads of options and precautions to help participants meet their goals. Click here for details.
