RA LifeFIT At-Home Workouts

RA LifeFIT’s talented personal trainers have created at-home workout videos to help keep you healthy and fit. 

We are hoping to continue to add more At-Home Workouts to the RA YouTube channel in the LifeFIT's At-Home Workouts playlist.

At-Home Workouts with LifeFIT's Matt Lewis

Matt has grown up with a love of multisport athletics. While playing organized hockey and varsity lacrosse, he discovered that it is determination and discipline that is required to excel in sports and in life. He believes that it is the effort you put into your goals that will get you the results you want. The key is to look at the individual as a whole - mind, body and spirit. Matt holds a Bachelor degree in sport Studies from Bishops University and his Trainer Specialist certification from CANFITPRO. Matt is certified in TRX (Suspension Training), Kettlebell Academy and Tabata Bootcamp. Matt teaches challenging and fun HIIT and Boot Camp classes in a number of Corporate gym settings. He is continuing to add certification and innovative training techniques to his skill set.

Introduction to the Rebuilder Series with Matt Lewis

Are you searching for an exercise program that can help prevent pain, build up the soft tissue supporting primary joints, is taught at a pace that is progressive for beginners and works towards adding new exercises and challenges when you are ready?  The Rebuilder Series will start with the very basics of form and function, so that you can move into the Fitness Centre or on to other classes with confidence.

At-Home Workouts with LifeFIT's Lisa Hoba

Lisa Hoba, former LifeFIT trainer, created the following videos for Ashbury College. Lisa holds an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from Brock University. She is a certified Canfitpro Personal Trainer Specialist, a Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach, and a Functional Range Conditioning Movement Specialist.
